The TM3 CRB Carpet and Hard Floor Cleaning Machine is a professional counter rotating brush system engineered for deep carpet agitation and effective multi surface floor cleaning. Designed for commercial and residential use, this machine combines powerful mechanical brushing with a low moisture cleaning method, helping carpets dry faster while reducing overall water consumption.

Driven by a 500W motor with 1 HP performance output, the TM3 operates at 450 RPM to deliver consistent and controlled agitation. The counter rotating brush system lifts carpet fibres, loosens embedded soil and removes hair and debris efficiently. It is ideal for pre spray agitation before hot water extraction and can also be used as a standalone deep cleaning solution.

With a 12 inch working width, this CRB machine can clean up to approximately 5,000 square feet per hour, making it suitable for larger residential properties, offices and commercial spaces. In addition to carpet cleaning, it performs well on hard surfaces such as hardwood, tile, grout, natural stone and rubber flooring.

This model is supplied with blue brushes included as standard. These brushes are designed for commercial grade level loop and low cut pile carpets, providing effective agitation without damaging carpet fibres. Additional brush types are available separately depending on your specific cleaning requirements, including options for pile lifting, heavy soil removal and hard floor scrubbing.
